Falcon Center Recurring Membership (FCM) Parking
Effective Sept. 1, 2026.
A recurring monthly membership includes parking beginning Sept. 1, 2026, provided all eligibility requirements are met.
- Single Recurring Memberships include one Falcon Center Membership (FCM) permit.
- Family Recurring Memberships include two Falcon Center Membership (FCM) permits.
*You must be a recurring community member to be eligible for the FCM parking permit. UWRF employees and UWRF students are not eligible for this benefit.
- To receive the parking benefit with your recurring membership, you must register your vehicle at the Fitness Center Front Desk.
- Only vehicles owned and registered to you or your immediate family are eligible.
- If additional parking is needed, please utilize the pay by space parking in the PAY3 lot and paying at a pay station or using mobile pay. Vehicles not registered to a permit would need to pay the pay by space hourly rate or be subject to citation(s).
FCM Permit Information and Requirements
- An FCM parking permit authorizes parking in PAY3 lot for the registered vehicle only.
- A maximum of one vehicle can be registered to your parking permit at a time. Only vehicles owned and registered to you or your immediate family are eligible.
- To update the vehicle registered to your parking permit, complete the online form.
- Once your vehicle update is complete, you are valid to park in PAY3 lot (pay by plate spaces only).
- An FCM permit is NOT valid in motorcycle, disabled, fire lanes (yellow curbed areas) or any reserved or restricted spaces.
- The parking permit(s) will be cancelled if your recurring membership is no longer valid for any reason.
- All outstanding balances with the Parking Office must be paid in full prior to receiving the FCM permit benefit.
- Resale, transfer of permit or registering someone else's vehicle to allow them to utilize your permit is prohibited. Use of permit by anyone other than the registered purchaser may result in a fine, revocation and prosecution for theft under 943.2(1)(a), Wis. State Statues or UWS 18.05.
CRM permit refunds
If you have one or more active CRM permits, Parking will process a prorated refund for the remaining value of the permit. The proration schedule begins on Sept. 1, 2026, and calculates as follows: $8 for each remaining full month and $.27 for each remaining day. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
