Integrated Planning Council (IPC)

The IPC is an administrative committee that began convening in fall 2025 and includes significant shared governance representation. The purpose of the IPC is to ensure future-focused and informed integrated planning discussions. Membership on the IPC expands the former Administrative Cabinet, adding several additional members, helping our financial and budget planning to align with our campus strategic direction. The IPC reviews progress on our Strategic Plan, Strategic Enrollment Management Plan, Campus Master Plan and other institutional guiding plans and will be responsible for laying the groundwork for their next iterations. The IPC contributes to continuous institutional improvement and helps promote financial and planning literacy across campus. Shared governance leaders participate in this council and our shared governance groups have the opportunity to appoint members to this committee.
