Annual outdoor art installation set for Oct. 2-3
September 24, 2019 - The University of Wisconsin-River Falls Art Department’s 28th Annual Outdoor Art Installation is October 2-3. The event showcases student works of art designed to be site specific on the UWRF campus grounds.

September 6, 2019 – Claire McCarty, professor of management, has been named the 2019 UW-River Falls Distinguished Teacher. The Distinguished Teacher award, initiated in 1965, is the most prestigious honor bestowed on campus.

September 27, 2019 - To tell the story of how law enforcement officials in Minnesota failed to fully investigate reported cases of sexual assault, journalists with the Star Tribune newspaper examined more than 1,400 cases across the state and interviewed dozens of rape survivors and experts.

Wahlin is Innovator in Residence speaker Oct. 2
September 11, 2019 – TurnKey Corrections President Dewey Wahlin is the Fall 2019 Innovator in Residence at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Wahlin will speak on “Innovation Big and Small” at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2, in the Riverview Ballroom of the University Center. The lecture, hosted by the Center for Innovation and Business Development (CIBD) at UW-River Falls, is free and open to the public.
