UW-River Falls offering free GRE strategy workshop

March 15, 2018 - The University of Wisconsin-River Falls is hosting a free workshop Thursday, April 19, from 6-7:30 p.m. for anyone planning to take the GRE for admissions to graduate school.

In the workshop, an experienced test preparation instructor will demonstrate strategies that may improve test results. While there is no cost to attend, participants are encouraged to register in advance. "If you are preparing for graduate school, you know that success on your admission exam plays a critical role,” said Randy Zimmermann, director of Continuing Education at UW-River Falls. “Standardized tests like the GRE help determine your admission status and are used in merit-based scholarships, grants, fellowships, and assistantships."
