Input Sought on New UW-River Falls Strategic Plan

Aug. 18, 2011--The University of Wisconsin-River Falls is developing a focused, forward thinking strategic plan that will build on its strengths and past strategic planning efforts. The success of such an endeavor relies on the support and participation from all constituencies. There will be many events during the upcoming year at which community, faculty, staff, and students will have the opportunity to actively engage in the process and provide constructive input.  

The first of these opportunities will be Town Hall meetings on Thursday, Sept. 1. The meetings, set for 9 a.m.-noon, or 3:30-6:30 p.m., both in 201 Rodli Hall on campus, will cover similar information. Please attend the meeting that best suits your schedule. We encourage review of the documents under Foundational Analysis on the Strategic Plan 2012-2017 Web page prior to attending a Town Hall meeting.    

Following the Town Hall meetings on Sept. 1, there will be an opportunity for those unable to attend to provide input via an online survey available on the Strategic Plan 2012-2017 Web page at www.uwrf.edu/StrategicPlan/index.cfm.
