UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN River Falls
June 3, 2019 - The annual Tuesday summer concert series at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls kicks off June 18 at 7 p.m. in the Melvin Wall Amphitheatre. The concerts are free and open to everyone.
This year's concerts, all beginning at 7 p.m., are:
June 18: Sister Species and Lena Elizabeth, chamber pop and bluesy folk storytelling
June 25: Annie Mack, soulful powerhouse
July 2: Yam Haus, feel good punchy pop
July 9: Tommy Bentz Band, bluesy rock and roll
July 16: St. Croix Valley Community Band, variety musical selections for all ages
July 23: Kids From Wisconsin, show choir. Rainsite: Falcon Center
July 30: Joyann Parker, blues and grit…hear her roar
August 6: Chris Silver and the Good Intentions, bluegrass
Grilled food, ice cream and beverages will be available for purchase at all concerts. Carry-in alcoholic beverages are prohibited, but personal picnics and beverages are allowed. Smoking is prohibited. Dogs must remain on leashes. Parking in designated parking spaces is free during the concerts.
In the event of inclement weather, the concerts will be moved indoors to the University Center where food and beverages will be available for purchase.
