UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN River Falls
May 5, 2017- The University of Wisconsin-River Falls has been reconfirmed in its accreditation by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International (AACSB). The decision was made after a rigorous review process and a multi-day review by an independent three-member review panel. The panel chose to extend special praise for excellent degree programs, a highly level of innovation and extensive collaboration with business and the community.
“This decision validates our hard work towards being a premier asset for our whole region,” said Michael Fronmueller, dean of the College of Business and Economics.
Founded in 1916, AACSB is the premier accrediting body for business schools that offer bachelors, masters, and doctorate degrees in business and accounting. Accreditation by AACSB is the only assurance available that all business programs are of the highest quality, and are taught by highly qualified instructors. AACSB Accreditation has been earned by less than five percent of the world's business schools. Newsweek recommends that “When you look for the best in Business Education, look for AACSB.”
