Art Exhibit at UWRF Provides Retrospective of Lynn Jermal's Work

Sept. 25, 2012--The University of Wisconsin-River Falls presents "Fierce: The Artistic Vision of Dr. Lynn Jermal" in Gallery 101, October 5-27. This exhibition of drawings, paintings and mixed media work provides a creative retrospective of Jermal's artwork. A reception honoring the memory of Jermal will be held Friday, Oct. 5, from 4:30-7:30 p.m.   

Jermal was a part of the UWRF Art Department for 27 years as professor and head of the art education program while remaining active as an exhibiting artist.   

Gallery 101, in the Klienpell Fine Arts building, is open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.; Sunday from 2-4 p.m. For more information, contact the UWRF Art Department at 715-425-3266.
