UWRF offers a variety of experiences designed just for youth and high school students. From test prep to athletic camps to options to earn college credit as a high schooler, we've got a wide array of options for our younger community members. 

Test Prep

UWRF offers a variety of test preparation courses in partnerships with Educational Testing Consultants, a leader in higher education test preparation. Classes are offered synchronously in a live-online virtual classroom that provides the opportunity to interact in real-time with instructors. Explore Class Offerings.


Athletic Camps and Clinics

Science Olympiad

Hosted by UWRF STEM faculty and staff, the Science Olympiad attracts hundreds of high school competitors each year. Learn More.


Skate School

We offer learn-to-skate, freestyle classes (for figure skaters who have passed delta), an annual ice show and pro's ice (for figure skaters taking private lessons). All instructors are qualified instructors and students at UWRF. Register for Skate School.


Horse Camps and Clinics

Participants of all judging abilities and levels are welcome to UWRF's youth horse judging clinic. 4-Hers, FFA youth members, horse owners are all welcome. Find a Clinic.


Agricultural Technology Contest

Each year since 1961, students from middle and high schools across Wisconsin and Minnesota have competed in the Agricultural Technology Contest at UWRF. Events cover a range of agricultural business, agricultural communications, agricultural mechanics, animal science, food science, natural resource and plant science topics. The contest is coordinated by UWRF's Agricultural Education Department and more than 800 students from 60+ schools participate each year. Learn More.


 Falcon Adapted Physical Education Program

Taught by UWRF Health and Physical Education (HPE) majors during the fall and spring semester, the Falcon Adapted Physical Education Program is open to children with special needs in River Falls and the surrounding communities.
