Lee represents the fourth generation of her family to lead Anchor Paper, a role she took on at age 33. She has grown the St. Paul, Minn.-based paper and packaging products distributor during a time when the industry has experienced declining demand. She will share some of the innovative and collaborative approaches that have led to this success.

A reception with light refreshments will be held at 7 p.m., following the talk.

The next guest speaker in the series will be Kevin Westhuis, utility director at River Falls Municipal Utilities, on April 8.
