Sally Margis University Staff Development Award Application

The Sally Margis University Staff Development Award was created to further the education and training of University Staff at UWRF. The fund was created by former UWRF employee Annette Blanchette and the Margis family as a memorial honoring Sally Margis, a former receptionist in the Chancellor’s Office who lost her battle with cancer in 1998.

Please submit your application online by completing the form below and clicking submit or print out an application here. You may copy and paste your responses from a word document. Completed applications must be emailed to by 4:30pm on Friday, November 12th. Paper copies should be sent by intercampus mail to Lisa M. Lee (Chair, Sally Margis Award Committee) in Custodial Services, to be received by Friday, November 12, 2021.
