CAFES Awards Scholarships And Recognizes Outstanding Service A total of $145,000 was awarded to students in the College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences (CAFES) at UW-River Falls at their 51st Annual Scholarship and Awards Banquet, April 20 at Kilkarney Hills Golf Club.
Nelson and Baier named Outstanding Seniors in CAFES at UW-River Falls Each year the College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences (CAFES) at UW-River Falls presents two awards to outstanding seniors in the College. The awards were announced at the 34th Annual CAFES Senior Supper on April 26. The recipients were Kristopher Nelson, a double major in agricultural business and dairy science from Arena, and Faith Baier, an animal science major from Durand.
Seats remain for UW-River Falls ACT test preparation classes June 8, 2017-- There is still time for high school students planning to take the ACT, the admissions test measuring academic readiness for college, to register for test preparation classes this summer at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
