UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN River Falls
The University of Wisconsin-River Falls sponsors foreign nationals in tenure-track faculty positions for their employment based work authorization visa (H-1B) and employment based immigrant petition (I-140). UWRF works in partnership with UW-Madison's International Faculty & Staff Services Office to support these work authorization visas.
In compliance with Department of Labor requirements for employers petitioning for non-immigrant work visas, this page lists positions for which the University of Wisconsin–River Falls intends to hire non-immigrant employees. Candidates have already been selected to fill the positions. The Labor Condition Application is not a posting for an open position. Each LCA Notice will be posted for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days, starting on the date the LCA was filed with the Department of Labor.
Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
