Falcon Scholars

Welcome

Falcon Scholars Collage: Group of Students Standing on University Seal Sidewalk

A campus legacy since 2012, the Falcon Scholars program was established by our alumni Arlin and Marilyn Albrecht through the Albrecht Challenge as a matching fund as part of the Rising to Distinction campaign.

The Falcon Scholars scholarship program brings with it the ability to enrich learning for UWRF students, to raise the academic standards among undergraduates; and to support engagement and excellence among faculty and staff.

Falcon Scholars have access to the Chancellor's Scholars, Honors Program, and Falcon Scholars interaction space in 231 David Rodli Hall open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. This space provides you with comfortable furniture, tables, enourmous beanbag seating, student computers, and an overall inviting atmosphere where you can relax, study, plan and enjoy the company of other Falcon Scholars. A small fridge, microwave, and hot water kettle available for student use with tea and cocoa always available makes the space especially welcoming. Stop by and check it out!

If you have any compliments, suggestions, information, or concerns about the Falcon Scholars Program, please let us know using this process.

If you need to report any of the following concerns, visit our Report It! website: sexual assault, violence or discrimination; bias or hate incidents; or general student concerns.
