As the Area Coordinator of Johnson Hall, Chandler supervises Resident Assistants and a Community Assistant, and serves as a resource to all students within the community. He develops and implements a Residential Education Curriculum that aims to create learning opportunities for residents; along with aiding the Resident Assistants in promoting a safe and educational environment where students live civilly, learn effectively, and discover success.  He also serves as the advisor for Hall Council.
