If your organizational department name needs to change or if there is a reorganization of departments:
Academic Department Chairs
Submit your change through Faculty Senate.
Please notify Molly Matzek of the pending change so once approved by Faculty Senate and the Chancellor, changes can be made to HR/Accounting systems, the campus directory, department network folders, etc.
Non-Academic Department Heads
Submit the desired change via email to Elizabeth Frueh, Vice Chancellor of Business and Finance. Once approved, HR staff will discuss the change with you and ensure all related system and employee changes are made.
NOTE: Changes only to Shared Financials/WIDSM departments continues to go through Accounting Services.
