Employees: Updating Phone Number

Information is retrieved from eSIS (electronic Student Information System) on a twice daily basis. So in order to correct your information here, you must make the changes in eSIS. Changes will appear in the online directory either mid-afternoon or the following morning.

When a UWRF employee moves to a different location on campus, updates to phone number, building, and room location are needed in order to update directory information. Each employee decides whether to include their private number or their departmental number. New employees should consult with other staff in their area for guidance on what their department recommends.

  • To update your work phone, start the process by visiting
  • Select "Personal Information"
  • Select "Update personal information" link
  • Select UW-River Falls > Go
  • Select Contact Details
  • Choose the business phone number, make the change and save.
