UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN River Falls
To apply for admission, you will need to send the following:
1. Application: You must complete the UW System application for undergraduate admission. We encourage you to apply online when possible.
2. Transcripts: Ask your guidance counselor to mail an official copy of your high school transcript and your most recent grade report. When requesting your official transcripts, please have them sent directly to:

3. Test Scores: Your ACT or SAT scores should also be sent to the Admissions Office. If you did not request that your scores be sent directly from ACT or SAT, we will accept student copies, counselor copies, or scores stamped on your high school transcript.
NOTE: River Falls does NOT require the writing portion of the ACT.
4. Application fee: A non-refundable fee of $50 is required if you are applying as a degree-seeking student to a UW System institution. The fee can be paid by credit card at the time you submit your application or you can mail a check.
Note: Application fee waivers are available for applicants with financial hardship. To request a waiver, submit the Application Fee Waiver Form to the Admissions Office for review.
Music program note: Students admitted to the university as music majors must also complete an audition through the Music Department. For further details, visit the Music Department’s audition information web page.
