The Agricultural Engineering Technology major gives students skills in applied science and engineering in the areas of power and machinery, structures, environment, soil and water, food and processing engineering and electronics and information systems. Courses emphasize a “minds-on hands-on” approach and include laboratory and practicum sessions that teach students to use diagnostic equipment, measurement devices, computer software and more.
