UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN River Falls
The Counseling program prepares graduate students to work as professional counselors in diverse PK-16 school settings. Upon graduation, students will have a Master of Science in Education which contributes to their professional qualifications.
Individuals interested in preparing for employment as a counselor in a school setting, from all professional backgrounds.
To be considered as candidates, applicants must submit the following materials:
Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores are not required but will be considered if official results are submitted.
The program faculty does not formally interview applicants. Prospective students are encouraged to contact Caroline Baker, department chair, by email or by calling (715) 425-3237 to speak about the program.
A complete application, fee and materials received and postmarked on or before February 1 will be considered for the following fall term and on or before October 1 will be considered for the following spring term. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
