If a student has two no-show appointments in any semester they will need to talk directly with their counselor about options for their future care prior to rescheduling, which will likely include referral off campus. A pattern of repeated cancellations, three of more in a semester, will indicate to the counselor the need to limit appointment frequency and/or consider a referral of services.
