Deliver To My Office Service
  • This service is available to all UW-River Falls faculty and staff.
  • The requested material will be delivered to your office within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
  • You may request an item that is currently available in the Chalmer Davee Library to be delivered to your office. Such items will have the status "Not Checked Out."
  • If an item is currently unavailable, the status will be "Checked Out" or "Overdue." You may place a hold on such an item. When the item is available, you will be notified via e-mail and the item will be held for you at the Circulation desk for 7 days.
  • All reference materials, journals, magazines, newspapers, maps, reserve materials, and select government documents are not available for this service.
  • Items received through interlibrary loan and UW Libraries Request will still be held at the circulation desk for pick up.

How To Place a Request

  1. To access this service, find the item you want in the library's online cataloglink and click "Place Request."
  1. After logging in, select "Deliver to My Office" in the drop down menu and complete the form.
  1. The library will pull the item from the shelf, check the item out to your patron record, and deliver the item to your office or the departmental office, if you are unavailable.
