Home-Cooked Homecoming Meal

University Center outdoor mall

Come enjoy a Homecoming tradition of Professor Jake's Bean Soup and kick-off Homecoming with a home-cooked meal. Event is free and open to the public. The community is encouraged to attend.

UW System President Tommy Thompson, Gov. Tony Evers and River Falls Mayor Dan Toland will be on hand at 5:30 p.m.

The annual St. Croix Boat Cruise will kick off Homecoming weekend festivities! Join us in Stillwater for a campus update, social and appetizers beginning (tentatively) at 4:30 p.m. on the Riverboat and departing at 6:15 p.m.

The cruise includes a dinner buffet and some amazing views of the fall colors on the St. Croix River. Cost is $40 per person. Ticket price includes appetizers and the dinner ticket on the St. Croix boat. Cash bar. 

Dinner includes: Famous St. Louis Style BBQ Ribs, country fried chicken with country cravy, mashed potatoes, Caesar salad and cookie assortment.

RSVP deadline: Thursday, Sept. 23. Confirmations will be sent via email approximately one week prior to the event.
