The student Medallion hunt begins! Follow Student Involvement on Instagram and Facebook to gain clues. The first person to find the medallion will win a Falcon prize pack! Clues will be posted at 12:00 p.m. daily. Must be a UWRF student to win.

St. Croix Boat Cruise

525 South Main St., Stillwater, MN

The annual St. Croix Boat Cruise will kick off Homecoming weekend festivities! Join us in Stillwater for a university update and reception at the Dock Cafe beginning at 4:30 p.m. with the boarding of a St. Croix  Riverboat at 5:45 p.m.
The cruise includes a dinner buffet and some amazing views of the fall colors on the St. Croix River. Cost is $38 per person. Ticket price includes appetizer at the Dock Cafe and a dinner ticket on the St. Croix riverboat. Cash Bar.
Dinner includes: Famous St. Louis Style BBQ Ribs served with herb roasted chicken, potato, southern baked beans, creamy coleslaw, fresh fruit, roll and butter and cookie assortment.

Alumni Advisory Board Meeting

The UW-River Falls Alumni Advisory Board will host its annual fall meeting on campus. The alumni advisory board will serve as a central link between the University and our alumni. The board is composed of 23 at large members along with a student representative. The Board meets twice each year on campus.

Maximum Capacity of 50 people per tour. Seats will fill fast. The presentation includes a general overview of Earth's motions and how that influences what we see in the day and night sky. Major constellations seen from northern Wisconsin will be pointed out, including the zodiac and circumpolar constellations. The program also includes a tour of the solar system and flying out to the edge of the universe, Tours are 30 minutes each. Presented by Eileen Korenic, Professor of Physics.

Falcon Center Tours

After nearly two decades of efforts, the largest building project in the 140-year anniversary of UW-River Falls officially opened on September 21, 2017. The $63.5 million Falcon Center provides outstanding spaces for academics, wellness, recreation and athletics. Tours will depart from the entrance of the Falcon Center by the ticket window on 15-minute intervals.

2019 UWRF Athletic Hall of Fame

For the names of inductees, please see attached word document here. Nine Individuals and one team will be inducted into the UWRF Athletic Hall of Fame. The 2019 Class will be recognized at halftime of the UW-River Falls vs. UW-La Crosse that will be played Saturday Oct. 19th at 1pm. The induction ceremony will be held later that afternoon. Tickets for the banquet and induction ceremonies are available by contacting the University Advancement Office at 715-425-3505 or register online here.

UWRF Homecoming Band Concert

Reconnect with your friends! Join us for the Saturday evening concert and bring your instruments. If you contact us ahead, you will be mailed PDF's of the music for the alumni portion of the concert. Music by Erika Svanoe, John Philip Sousa, Gustav Holst, Duke Ellington, and more will be performed. Let's reconnect and celebrate the power of music with the Symphony Band, conducted by Dr. Kristin Tjornehoj and David Milne's Jazz Ensemble. UWRF Homecoming Choral Concert

Celebrate Homecoming with a Sunday afternoon vocal concert featuring current choirs and the Alumni Choir. The alumni choir is led by Elliot Wold and Jong Wong Park will conduct the Concert Choir for this Homecoming celebration. Rehearsal from 9:30 a.m - 12:00 p.m. and mass choir rehearsal at 1:30 p.m. $8 for adults, $5 for seniors and students.
