Wellness Challenge

What is the Challenge?

The UWRF Wellness Challenge is a FREE opportunity for ALL students, faculty, and staff. It encourages healthier living through physical activity, nutrition, mental, relationships, and overall wellness categories. This four-week program is designed with incentives to develop a commitment to healthy lifestyle choices. The 2018 Wellness Challenge is from February 5 to March 4, 2018.

How do I participate?

  1. Register by Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2018, to participate individually or in teams of 5-7 people.

  3. Enter your points on the form that will be provided once you register to keep track of your points and to find the point breakdown. To earn points, simply complete the activities listed and log your points. "One time points" can be added onto your weekly total at any time.
  4. Each Tuesday by 11:59 p.m., submit your total number of points as directed once you register.

How can I win prizes?

One individual winner with the highest point total at the end of the week will be awarded a weekly prize. Also, one grand prize winner will be chosen based on the individual who earned the most points throughout the entire competition.

The team's AVERAGE score is what counts! The team with the highest average point total at the end of the week will be awarded a weekly prize. Also the team with the highest overall average point total throughout the entire competition will be the grand prize winner.
