The plays:

Censored on Final Approach
by Phylis Ravel
Staged reading, directed by UWRF Alum Becca Donely

Between 1942 and 1944, at the height of World War II, more than a thousand women left their homes and jobs for the opportunity of a lifetime -- to become the first in history to fly for the U.S. military. Censored on Final Approach retells their challenging and heroic story.

A staged reading is great for students who want to be involved in a production that requires a shorter time commitment: Two weeks of rehearsals, two performance nights. You will sit on the stage with scripts.

Miss Havisham
Adapted and Directed by Dr. Kathy Welch

This will be a filmed theatrical production based on the novel Great Expectations by Charles Dickens. It will be a short, 3-part production including intriguing choreography, complex characters, and a creative conceptual approach. There will be roles in all areas, including backstage, behind the camera, and in front of the camera.

The 39 Steps
by Patrick Barlow
Masquers Student Production, directed by Devon Sundt

Mix a Hitchcock masterpiece with a juicy spy novel, add a dash of Monty Python and you have the intriguing, thrilling, riotous, and unmissable comedy. A cast of four actors plays over 150 characters in this fast-paced tale of an ordinary man on an extraordinarily entertaining adventure.
