New Employee Onboarding

Welcome to the University of Wisconsin-River Falls! Thank you for choosing to bring your talent to our campus. As a new employee, you will be asked to complete information online starting with your offer letter and through your electronic onboarding checklist. If you have questions regarding your onboarding process, please contact your Human Resources representative.

Form I-9 - UW-River Falls uses an electronic Form I-9. New employees will be asked to complete the electronic form online on or before the employment start date and present Acceptable Documents to the Human Resources Office within three days of starting work.  

Onboarding Checklist – New employees will be assigned an e-onboarding checklist on or after the first day of employment. An email will be sent from “University of Wisconsin - River Falls” to the email address used during the application process. The email will include a link to the checklist to be completed within the first days of employment. Multi-factor authentication must be completed before you will be able to access the following in your MyUW portal:
