I Want To Park On Campus
  • A university employee may purchase a parking permit to park in an employee lot.
  • 2019-2020 employee permits are virtual, no display necessary.
  • Purchase of a parking permit authorizes parking only in the designated lot for the registered vehicle(s) only. A maximum of two vehicles can be registered to the parking permit. To update the vehicle(s) registered to your permit, complete the Employee Vehicle Update form listed on this page.
  • A permit does not guarantee the availaiblity of a parking space but grants the authority to park in the designated lot.
  • The permit holder is responsible for any parking violations issued to the vehicle registered to the parking permit.
  • The employee permit price for 2019-2020 is $333.00. The fee will be deducted from your payroll either as a one-time deduction or multiple payment deduction depending on your current account setup. Please contact the Parking Office if you wish to change this setting. State and federal tax laws apply.
  • Completing an application does not guarantee a permit as they are issued according to availability on a seniority basis. An email notice will be sent once the permit application has been processed and the purchase is complete. Once notification has been received, parking in the designated lot is permitted. Parking in the a permitted space prior to notification is prohibited and the vehicle(s) would be subject to a citation.
  • Any annual employee parking permit is valid in PAY3 lot without paying at the pay station.
  • If you wish to cancel your parking permit you must contact the parking office by sending an email to parking@uwrf.edu.
  • Any employee can utilize public parking.
