Dining Contract

Mandatory Meal Plan Policy

All students residing in the residence halls, except South Fork Suites residents are required to select a meal plan as a part of the Housing and Meal Plan Contract. Please read through the contract and carefully review the Terms and Conditions. All students who select or are placed on the mandatory contract are responsible for knowing all the information contained in the contract.  In addition, the contract is a binding agreement between you, the student, and the University.

Students may choose from any of the meal plans offered, other than the 60 Block meal plan. The 60 Block plan is for on-campus students with 60 or more credits, students living in South Fork Suites, or those students living off-campus.

Meal plan costs are added to the eSIS tuition account.

Remember: this is a contract!  Any changes to the contract must be made in writing (see form).

  • Special notice: Meal plan costs may or may not remain the same for the 2021-2022 contract
  • Breaks (Thanksgiving, J-Term, Spring Break) No meal plans available.

Meal Plan Accommodations

Meal accommodations are considered for medical reasons. 

A Meal Accommodation Form should be submitted at least two weeks prior to the beginning of the term.  Please e-mail the form to dining@uwrf.edu
