Dining Contract

Mandatory Meal Plan Policy

The UW System Board of Regents requires that all students residing in traditional residence halls must participate in one of the approved meal plan options. Students who live off-campus or in George R. Fields South Fork Suites are exempt from this policy, but do have the option to participate in any meal plan of their choice. Please read through the contract carefully. All students who select or are placed on the mandatory contract are responsible for knowing all the information contained in the contract.  The contract is a binding agreement between the student and the University.

Students may choose from any of the meal plans offered, other than the 60 Block meal plan. The 60 Block plan is only available for on-campus students with 60 or more credits, students living in South Fork Suites, or those students living off-campus.

Meal plan costs and Freddy 2GO non-returned charges are added to the eSIS tuition account.

Remember: This is a contract and as such, any requested changes must be made in writing (see form).

  • Special notice: Meal plan costs may or may not remain the same for the 2022-2023 contract
  • Breaks (Thanksgiving, J-Term, Spring Break) No meal plans available.

Meal Plan Accommodations

Meal accommodations are only considered for medical reasons. 

A Meal Accommodation Form should be submitted at least two weeks prior to the beginning of the term.  Please e-mail the form to dining@uwrf.edu
