The following types of organizations are limited to participation on a waiting-list basis; if space is available after a fair or event registration deadline is reached, organizations representing any of the following categories may be permitted to participate in the event.
Booth / Representative Information: The cost of one table/booth at the career fair is $300. A maximum number of 4 representatives is allowed per table, please do not bring more than 4 reps the day of the fair. Extra parking and meal tickets must be purchased separately.
DO NOT PAY with CREDIT CARD if you fit into one of the above wait list categories. Payment by credit card or check will not be accepted until your organization has been admitted into the Career Fair.
If you have paid to participate in the UWRF Fall 2017 Career Fair and your organization is unable to attend, a full refund is possible before Friday, September 22. No refunds will be issued after this date.

If an employer registers for the event and does not show up the day of the event, the employer will be charged 100% of the registration fee. If the employer has paid for the event, no refund will be given. If the employer has not paid for the event, the employer will be billed.
