Zach Dust

Zach personal trainerMajor: Clinical Exercise Physiology, M.S.

Kinesiology, B.S. with Psychology Minor

Certifications:

  • Certified Personal Trainer (ACSM-CPT), American College of Sports Medicine
  • Original Strength Level 1 Coach
  • Corrective Exercise Certified

Philosophy:

I decided to become a trainer to help people realize the benefits of movement. Providing workouts is easy, but making people move, feel, and function better is an art. I was a physical therapy aide for three years, so I tend to incorporate PT exercises into training programs. What motivates me every day to come to work is the change I see in my clients when they find their own path towards a healthy lifestyle and getting them back to the activities they enjoy.

Do you ever feel like your movement has regressed as you age? Do you feel weak/fragile and unable to do the things you love? Well we were meant to be strong and move pain free. There is never a bad time to start pressing RESET on your body to restore your strength. Let me help you get back to feeling better and moving the way you are supposed to move. Age does not matter. Anyone can regain their Original Strength. Ask me about the movement system Original Strength! It can change your life.

Hobbies/Interests:

  • Waterskiing
  • Snowboarding
  • Disc Golf
  • Coaching
  • Researching Mobility and Functional Movement Techniques
