Facilities Management maintains a fleet of cars, mini-vans, and 15-Passenger vans for the use of the UWRF campus community.
The on-line Vehicle Use Agreement (VUA Sign-Up Portal) must be completed with Risk Management prior to vehicle use. Upon approval, a Vehicle Request Form can be completed, signed, and sent to email@example.com or via campus mail.
A drivers license is required for identification when keys are picked up.
