Tommy G. Thompson Center on Public Leadership Grant Opportunities

 

The Tommy G. Thompson Center on Public Leadership has issued its annual call for applications to fund research grants and speaker grants across the UW System. The 2022-2023 year will address four topics: 

  • State and Local Government Interaction,

  • Overcoming Learning Loss and Current Challenges in Education,

  • Challenges Facing Rural Communities in Wisconsin, 

  • Health Systems in Public Emergencies

The Center also welcomes applications dealing with other important topics connected to public leadership. $500,000 has been allocated to each grant program. Applications will be accepted for the 2022-2023 year until May 20, 2022. The goal of the Grants and Research Office is to encourage, facilitate, and support UWRF faculty and staff in securing funding for their research endeavors.
