Subaward Set-up Procedure:
- Refer to checklist to determine subrecipient or contractor classification (completed during pre-award)
- Assign subaward number
- Send subrecipient commitment form and attachment 3b to subawardee
- Complete subrecipient risk assessment tool
- Complete subaward agreement and have signed by UWRF
- Email subaward agreement documents to subawardee for review and signature
