Motion 68: Motion from the FWPPC to change the membership of the FW&PP committee (Handbook 3.3.3.13.1). The FWPPC unanimously voted to remove “Special Assistant to the Chancellor” as an ex-officio, nonvoting member of the committee and to add the Senior Diversity Officer as a voting member. PROPOSED Language (Replaces 3.3.3.13, number 1). 1. The FW&PP Committee will have seven faculty members with at least one each from the following provided sufficient volunteers exist: (a) Academic staff/official title of lecturer, (b) Assistant Professor, (c) Associate Professor, and (d) Professor. In addition, the Senior Diversity Officer and two student members appointed by SGA may serve on the committee. The committee also includes the following Ex-officio, nonvoting members: a representative from (a) Human Resources, (b) the Provost’s Office, and (c) the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration.
