Motion 41: Motion to support the rolling out of ePerformance for Faculty (merit only) and Instructional Academic Staff’s current merit review process

Motion 42: Motion to replace immediately upon approval all of Chapter 5.4. Fringe Benefits subsections (5.4.1 – 5.4.9) with the following text: “For information regarding benefit plans and eligibility, see the UWRF Human Resources webpage or visit: https://www.wisconsin.edu/ohrwd/benefits/".  And to replace Chapter 5.4 Fringe Benefits – Procedures [the introductory paragraph before the subsections].

Motion 43: Motion from the Academic Program and Policy Committee to approve changes to the Counseling program to comply with CACREP accreditation requirements, increasing to a 60 credit program.

Motion 44: Motion to charge the Faculty Welfare and Personnel Policies Committee to consider revising the procedures and timeline found in Chapter 4, sections 4.2 and 4.3, of the Faculty and Staff Handbook to provide an initial two year contract to new faculty.

Motion 45: Motion to charge the Diversity and Inclusivity Committee to complete “Chapter 3.4.6.2 Teaching Awards” to change “Information Forthcoming” to the most current and accurate information possible.

Motion 46: Motion to appoint Jacob Hendricks (CBE) to serve on the Textbook Services Manager Search and Screen Committee.

Motion 47: Motion for Notice of Impending Action to amend Chapter 3.2.6.3 Section C: Election Procedures for the Faculty Senate to now require a vote of the faculty before final approval with a two-fold purpose: (a) to avoid conflict of interests by ensuring that our elections are not managed by a person up for election; and (b) to make adjustments for electronic voting. No signature or approval is necessary until after a simple majority of the faculty have voted in support of this motion.
