The approach of summer brings many students who are in need of part-time employment opportunities! The Part-Time and On-Campus Job Fair is a great opportunity for local and on-campus employers to Hire a Falcon by recruiting students to fill those important job openings within any organization. 

During this casual event, students may attend between classes, dressed in typical relaxed college attire.

Registration Information

Interested in finding a part-time job? Join Career Services at the Part-Time and On-Campus Job Fair. The job fair is open to all UWRF students. Both on and off-campus positions will be highlighted with a variety of on-campus and local employers and organizations. Students will also have the ability to network with employers who are recruiting for temporary summer job opportunities!  

Students may attend between classes, in casual attire. No preparation or pre-registration is necessary. However, to recieve reminders and notifications, and preview attending organizations, registering ahead of time may be helpful. 


REGISTER

Please note that registering for the Part-Time and On-Campus Job Fair begins by creating a Handshake account. You will be prompted to create your account, connect with or create your business, and then connect with UWRF. All employers and organizations participating in the event need Handshake accounts. 

Registration for the Part-Time and On-Campus Job Fair will end Feb. 17, 2022.

Cost

  • Outside and External Organizations: $100  
  • On-Campus Employers: $0

Registration is on a first-come first-serve basis, and space is limited. To limit room capacities, a maximum number of two representatives is allowed per booth, please do not bring more the day of the fair. Each registration includes one six-foot table. Black table banners are available for an additional cost, if needed.

Parking is available, and can be purchased by the hour at the kiosk in Pay Lot 1 or Pay Lot 2 on the day of the fair. Street parking is also available at no cost.

COVID-19 Safety Guidelines: 
Until further notice, face masks are to be worn by all students, employees, and visitors while indoors on campus, regardless of vaccination status. Masks should be worn over the nose and mouth. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you. 

Cancellation Policy

If you have paid to participate, and your organization is unable to attend, a full refund is possible before Feb. 17, 2022. NO REFUNDS will be issued after this date.

No Show Policy

If an organization registers for the event and does not show up the day(s) of the event, the organization will be charged 100% of the registration fee(s). If the employer has paid for the event, no refund will be given. If the employer has not paid for the event, the employer will be billed.
