Service Request Process

  1. Fill out the UCM Project Request form and submit. Please remember, smaller projects need a 2-4 week lead-time, while larger projects need a 10-12 week lead-time. (Requests for reprints, with no or minor edits, can go directly to our graphic services department.)

  2. Our department reviews requests weekly. Your request will be evaluated and prioritized based on our UCM priority projects, the nature of your request, your requested due date, and the projects already in our queue.

  3. You will receive an email, from the appropriate contact person, to advise you of the status of your request and/or to set up an initial consultation.

  4. At the initial consultation, University Communications and Marketing will help you develop an effective plan and determine if there are any other services warranted that weren't requested such as graphic design, photography, marketing, writing, editing for your print or digital communication based on our brand standards and an effective UWRF brand platform.
