A reminder that you must return textbooks from dropped classes within 4 calendar days (i.e. includes Saturday & Sunday) of the official drop date. eSIS automatically sends an email when you drop a class, reminding you to return your books. If the due date is during a weekend, return the textbook(s) to our drop box. Fines for late returned books from a dropped class are $5 per book, with a maximum fine of $10 per class.

Textbook Services is open all year, excluding official university holidays and closures. We do have extended hours during textbook issue and return, which will be posted at least one week in advance.
Textbook Services has two drop boxes for returning textbooks. One is just outside our doors in the basement of Hagestad Hall. The other is outside Hagestad Hall on the east side. Both of these are open whenever we are closed. Books placed in the drop boxes are checked in the next business day.
We have books that we have discontinued from our regular inventory that are placed on sale for $5 or less. We also sometimes will place books on our free table.
Minimum credit card charge is $2. Transactions under $2 must be paid with cash or check.
