UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN River Falls
While many summer term classes do not have textbooks, some do. Summer textbooks are available to check out starting the first day of finals (Monday, May 13.) You must have all Spring textbooks returned and paid all fines owed to Textbook Services, before you can check out summer textbooks.
During summer term Textbook Services does not eforce the rule to return your books when dropping a class. You don't need to return them until the Summer term due date (day before Fall classes start.) You will receive an automated email telling you to return them, which you can disregard.
Welcome to Textbook Services. Our mission is to provide primary and secondary textbooks and learning resources to University of Wisconsin-River Falls students in direct support of the curriculum. Our service is primarily for undergraduate students.
Textbook Services is located in the basement of Hagestad Hall, Room 29.

Textbook Services is open all year, excluding official university holidays and closures. We do have extended hours during textbook issue and return, which will be posted at least one week in advance.
Textbook Services has two drop boxes for returning textbooks. One is just outside our doors in the basement of Hagestad Hall. The other is outside Hagestad Hall on the east side. Both of these are open whenever we are closed. Books placed in the drop boxes are checked in the next business day.
We have books that we have discontinued from our regular inventory that are placed on sale for $5 or less. We also sometimes will place books on our Free Table.
Minimum credit card charge is $2.00. Transactions under $2.00 must be paid with cash or check.
