Textbook issue for spring semester will be done similar to how we issued textbooks for fall semester. In-person pick-up is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY (see link below for sign-up). Textbooks will be picked up at the kiosk on the first floor of Hagestad Hall (old McNair Scholars Office.) In-person pickup will start Monday, Jan. 11.

If you are distance learning this term or have circumstance that do not allow you to come in person, you can request your textbooks be mailed to you using the "Request Books to be Mailed" link on the left of this page. Mail requests can be made at any time. Processing of mailing requests started on Monday, Jan. 11. Due to large volume of requests and limited staff, mail requests may take up to four business days to be processed.
In person check-out of textbooks for J-Term is at the Textbook Services Help Desk in 29 Hagestad Hall. You do not need an appointment.
For students who are unable to come in person to get J-Term textbooks, submit a mailing request using the "Request Books to Be Mailed" link on the left side of this page. Mail requests received after 11 a.m. will not be processed until the next business day.
Due date for fall semester textbooks has been extended to Wednesday, Dec. 30. If you are mailing textbooks back, the package must be postmarked by this date to be considered on time.
All in-person returns must be to one of our drop boxes or a designated drop point (see below.) Given the shift to online instruction after Thanksgiving, Textbook Services is setting up options to return textbooks early. If your textbook is no longer needed, you can drop it off at one of the following locations:

Textbook Services will not be supplying shipping labels. It is recommended that you include tracking when returning your textbooks by mail. Books that are mailed must be postmarked by December 22 to be considered returned on time. Overdue and lost fees may apply.
