Washington County and St. Croix County have a higher percentage of
residents with at least a four-year college degree than their respective state
averages.
Chisago, Burnett, and Polk Counties have much smaller percentages of
college graduates than their respective state averages.

Washington, Pierce and Polk Counties. The largest increase was in Chisago
County.
The percentage of college graduates has remained about the same in
St. Croix County.
