Craig Hara will serve as the director of the SCVSO during spring semester, 2025.
Craig is the Jazz Ensemble director at UWRF and also conducts the East Metro Symphony Orchestra. Originally from California, Craig is a versatile musician and performs on trumpet and percussion. Craig is a gifted recording technician and works with many professional groups.

Dear UWRF community,
Thank you for your support of music and concert attendance during my 31+ years as the director at UW River Falls. There have been so many positive and inspiring experiences we have shared. Your attendance and/or performance role is something treasured and will be remembered. Thank you for being a part of our community of music lovers. My future will include music tours, concerts in the region and far beyond under the umbrella of” St. Croix Sounds”.
