  • Favorite part about leading Group Fitness: My favorite part about leading group fitness is watching participants in class as they begin to realize that they are stronger than they think. I also love using upbeat music to engage everyone in a fun way as they find their inner determination to leave their comfort zone and let their legs fly.
  • Fun Fact: I have my 20 year old rescue mare (Coraline, Quarter horse) boarded near campus and I am in the process of training her to be more confident under saddle!

  • Favorite Part about leading Group Fitness: The team, the atmosphere, and the vibe we create in the small window of time we have training together! There's nothing better than walking around the studio seeing everyone getting after it having a good time.

  • Favorite part about leading Group Fitness: My favorite part about teaching yoga at UWRF is seeing students make time for their wellness.
  • Fun Fact: My husband and I keep bees and we are cat parents to Pepper and Toes. I also teach goat yoga in the summer!
  • SallyMajor/Career: MBA in Organizational Development and BA in Political Science. I'm edging towards retirement, but I am a recovering HR executive and former faculty member in higher ed, and now recareering into exercise science.
  • Certifications: RYT-200, Reiki Master, SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources), CBM (Certified Business Manager), SHRM-SCP (another senior HR certification), licensed Referee for US Rowing, and certified Personal Trainer. I will be taking my ACE-CPT exam later this year.

  • Favorite part about leading Group Fitness: I took my first ever yoga class at the Falcon Center, so I am excited to help other students fall in love with the practice.
