Requesting BP Logix Form and Process Flow Support

A new Service Request has been added to the Service Catalog for requesting BP Logix Form support and development.  From the catalog, select the Projects and Changes link.  Then select the BP Logix Process Request link.

The request should include a basic description of the process being submitted, along with the anticipated and desired ‘go live’ date and the contact information for the person that will lead the implementation effort.  Once submitted, a member of the DoTS team will contact you to discuss next steps.  Please have the following items available in order to make this first consultation efficient and successful:

  • Detailed information/requirements for the process
  • Identify your stakeholders
  • Existing process flows and/or instructions
  • Samples of any existing reports, forms, notifications, etc.
  • Identify the complexity of the process
    • Low – utilization within a single department requiring a single approval and few workflow steps
    • Medium – limited interaction between an initiator and a single department with multiple approvals and a variety of workflow steps.
    • Large-Cross functional form requiring interaction between multiple departments, requiring multiple approvals and complex workflow steps.
