We value and appreciate any compliments, suggestions, information, and/or concerns that you can provide about University Communications and Marketing and its staff. Please follow the appropriate steps below to assist us as we work to serve the university and our campus community.

Compliments, Suggestions, or Information

If you need to report any of the following concerns, visit our Report It! website:

  • Sexual assault, violence or discriminations
  • Bias or hate incidents
  • General student concerns

If you have compliments, suggestions, or information that you would like to share about a University Communications and Marketing staff member, please provide the following details:

  • Name or description of the person(s)
  • Date
  • Location, if applicable
  • Your contact information (this is optional): name, email, and cell-phone
  • A complete description of the compliment, suggestion, and/or information that you would like to share.

To submit this in a non-confidential manner, please e-mail the information.

To submit this confidentially, please mail the information without any identifying information to Director of Communications and Marketing, UW-River Falls, 410 S. 3rd St., 120 North Hall, River Falls, WI, 54022 (you are welcome to use campus mail where practical).

If you have compliments, suggestions, or information that you would like to share about the University Communications and Marketing, please provide the information above and for non-confidential sharing, e-mail the information. Concerns or Complaints

We endeavor to provide excellent service. However, if you have concerns or complaints about any of the services provided by University Communications and Marketing, please take the following steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Discuss the issue with the individual involved. If a satisfactory outcome does not occur, proceed to step 2.
  2. Discuss the issue with the Director of University Communications and Marketing. If a satisfactory outcome does not occur, proceed to step 3.
  3. Discuss the issue with Chief of Staff Beth Schommer. You will need to schedule a meeting by calling (715) 425-0662. If a satisfactory outcome does not occur, proceed to step 4.
  4. File a formal complaint following the directions here.
