We’re the College of Business and Economics, or as we’re known around campus, CBE. Here, we’re about more than just the degree you’ll receive. We see your college career as a journey, one where you’ll explore more than just your career options. You’ll learn lifelong skills through personalized learning and build a network of your peers and professional connections through meaningful interactions. You’ll innovate, create, learn from the best and become a leader. When you graduate, you’ll have more than just a degree – you’ll have a rock-solid foundation of skills, connections, and experiences to build on.

Accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), CBE provides undergraduate programs in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing, and Marketing-Professional Sales. We also offer an online Master of Business Administration graduate programs, ideal for recent graduates and working professionals. Our highly qualified faculty bring their real-world experience to the classroom each day, while our dedicated internship resources provide support for learning outside of the classroom. Our proximity to the Twin Cities is a major bonus (16 Fortune 500 companies right at your fingertips!) and we’ve committed significant resources to fostering innovation, connections, and economic growth locally, creating benefits for both students and alumni.

Innovation isn’t just a buzzword to us, it’s one of our core pillars. Programs like the Innovation Challenge and Innovator in Residence Series, facilities like the CBE Makerspace and coursework built around developing and nurturing innovative thinking are all part of our commitment to developing the best and brightest thinkers. The College of Business and Economics houses the departments of Accounting and Finance, Economics, Management and Marketing, and we support the Military Science and Leadership/ROTC program.
