On July 27, 2010 the University Planning Group's summer retreat convened. At this meeting members deliberated and defined the top priorities of UPG for the 2010-11 academic year.
The provided attachment contains the University Planning Group's proposed priorities for the 2008-09 academic year. This list is comprised of UPG's top 17 initiatives.
Attached is the list of goals, tasks, and initiatives forwarded by the University Planning Group to Faculty Senate for review and approval as the major priorities for the 2007-08 academic year.

A summary of the progress made in completing the tasks and initiatives associated with the goals the University Planning Group deemed as priorities for the 2010-11 academic year.
- Academic Program Prioritization Report
In May 2011, funding and programmatic decisions were made based on the academic program prioritization plans. A summary of these decisions is attached.
At the conclusion of the 2009-10 academic year the goals, tasks, and initiatives of the strategic plan were reviewed by the University Planning Group. The document attached outlines the current strategic plan and displays the accomplishments made during the 2009-10 academic year.
In April 2009 a poster session was sponsored by the University Planning Group. The session provided the campus the opportunity to stop in and learn about the tasks completed and in progress as they pertain to the current strategic plan, Living the Promise 2007-2012.
