Coaches must schedule their team(s) using the self-schedule feature in Avogadro BEFORE the tournament. We will attempt to offer assistance for coaches who need to make last-minute changes to rosters on Saturday morning, but shifting the time slot for a sign-up event is very difficult to do on the day of the tournament.

Auditing Events

Due to the expected large number of teams, we have decided to not allow teams to audit events due to space concerns and time concerns with our event supervisors. Auditors will only be allowed under special circumstances. Please contact Jamie Schneider if you have any questions about this policy.
