Associate Director of University Center Student Involvement - Provide leadership and support to the Student Involvement Professional staff and is a member of the University Center leadership team. Assist with the implementation of programming efforts such as Involvement Center Programming, Student Organizations Management, and Student Events and Activities. Serve as the advisor for the Student Government Association's Finance Committee (FC).

UWRF Production Coordinator - Responsible for event planning, preparation, and support and the operation and maintenance of sound, lighting, video, staging and computer-based multimedia systems to support events and programs in the University Center and campus wide. Supports a student employee staff and provides hands on educational guidance in real-world application related to technical event support. This position works closely with Campus Reservations, Conference and Event Services, Student Involvement, University Center staff, Student Affairs staff, contracted artists, and other facilities users to determine and coordinate the best technical support possible as well as successful facility utilization.

Conference and Contract Services Manager - Responsible for the management of the Conference and Event Services Office which provides customer service to external groups.

Manager for Contracted Business Partners - Manage the contracts and fiscal resources, facility operations and use, and provide efficient communication with campus service providers.

Building Operations Specialist - Responsible for the development and execution of the University Center building Manager program within the scope of student learning and development. Organizes the facilitation and development of the Building Manager program for on-going and new educational initiatives. Provides hands-on support to other operations and event services areas - Campus Reservations, Conference and Event Services, Production Services, and Student Involvement. Generates and analyses reports for University Center student staff development outcomes. Develops content for various communications projects and marketing platforms to align with strategic initiatives and establishes communication campaigns.

University Graphic Artist - provides marketing services to the what was formerly the Division of Student Affairs and various Recognized Student Organizations. Manages the Student Organizations, University Center offices, and related areas of Marketing and Graphics including project management, a variety of art services, coordination of production with approved off-campus vendors, over-seeing the workflow for the department and supervision of graphics, photography and communication student interns.

Student Involvement Budget and Operations Coordinator - provides administrative and financial management support to the Office of Student Involvement and the Finance Committee. Oversees the daily activity associated with segregated fee account expenses from ~ 150 recognized student organizations, the Finance Committee and the Office of Student Involvement.

Financial Specialist II - Responsible for financial management in various areas of the University Center - Business Enterprise related to budgets, financial transactions, accounting, and other finanical management with vendors such as Chartwells, Follett, First National Bank and Canteen. Responsible for the entire University Center Student payroll coordination and management as well as cash handling and audits for the Campus Information Desk. Processing of the event space use invoicing and departmental transfers in the EMS/Mazevo software.

University Center IT Business Analyst II - Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and cost/benefit/analyses regarding software systems used primarily in the University Center.  Responsible for implementation roll out and maintenance of some systems, and the integration between other systems.  Examples of systems; campus wide space scheduling, web site enhancements, and multiple systems used to manage the UWRF Dining program. Data collection and documentation for special reports. Responsible for the daily management and communications with students and parents for UWRF meal plans and dining invoicing/financial processes.

Student Events and Activities Coordinator - One of three advisors to the Student Involvement student staff programming board working directly with Events and Activities, as well as marketing efforts. Responsible for assisting with the coordination and supervision of University Center programs and activities creating a student experience that contributes to the increased involvement of students where change, learning, self-authorship, and collaboration are encouraged and supported. Responsible for the supervision of Graduate Student Assistant(s), the support and coordination of campus-wide student involvement events like Week of Welcome programming, Homecoming, Finals Fest and Summer Concert Series. Manages the video and marketing efforts for Student Involvement programs and the University Center.

Operations Manager - Provides full performance audiovisual support for a wide range of events throughout the University Center and across campus. Works with Production Services student employees in the training, set-up, event management, and take down of events and programs. Assists with coordination of event setup  details, production planning processes, and direct customer service for day-of event management.

Campus Reservations Coordinator - Management of the Reservations Office. Works directly with students, staff and other customers to schedule space, and provide event management services in the University Center and across campus. Supervises the reservations office student assistant staff.

University Center Project and Business Manager is responsible for assisting with the administrative leadership of the University Center.  Management of the daily management of the University Center, Dining facilities and equipment which includes any satellite locations (spirit shop, coffee shop, concession stands, catering kitchens). Performs areas of project management for both large and small projects as well as oversees work orders for the University Center and satellite locations. Oversees contracts, equipment and supplies purchasing and coordination with internal and external maintenance contractors. Responsible for the development and maintenance of sustainable facility practices. Provides focus and leadership in the development of a student focused learning environment that supports and complements the mission of UWRF community.

Assistant Director of Student Involvement - One of three advisors to the Student Involvement student staff programming board, working directly with Recognized Student Organization and Sorority and Fraternity Life. Responsible for training, supervising, and supporting students in para-professional roles dedicated to planning and implementing co-curricular campus events and activities. Supports department programs that provide co-curricular learning experiences for UWRF students designed to promote engaged citizenship and self-authorship including, but not limited to; Strengthsfinder training, the Appreciative Advising Approach, service programs, leadership experiences, and sociocultural programs.

Facility Operations Supervisor - Provides hands on leadership to custodial university student staff to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the University Center. Responsible for overseeing dat to day operational activities of the University Center including the supervision of ~15 student custodial staff and work orders, supply inventory, equipment inventory and maintenance, snow removal and major custodial related projects. Provides support in budget preparation, project development and oversight. Works closely with other University Center Operations staff to coordinate the support for events and activities throughout the building.
