I grew up in Oshkosh, WI with six siblings. I completed both my undergraduate degree in Gender and Women’s Studies, and graduate degree in College Counseling and Student Development at St. Cloud State University.

As a student, I had the opportunity to study abroad to Southeast Asia, South Africa, and China. As a first-generation student, my leadership and education abroad experiences framed my approach in advising and coaching students. Each new experience I encountered as an undergraduate and graduate student shaped me into who I am - a feminist and continuing learner. 

In my downtime, I enjoy reading and sharing good food with friends.
