Undergraduate business placement has hovered around 95% in recent years, a significant improvement since Spring 2016, when undergraduate business program placement was 87%. The quality of employers has increased. Common accounting employers include EY, PwC, Grant Thornton, CliftonLarsonAllen, Wipfli, Mahoney Ulbrich Christiansen & Russ P.A., and Redpath & Company. Business Administration employers include 3M, U.S. Bank, Target, Wells Fargo, Westconsin, and Thomson Reuters. Fastenal sends representatives to campus to evaluate Sales Lab presentations along with faculty, and stand-out students are hired already knowing their supervisor. New relationships are being built through Career Trek student bus trips and virtual experiences with Kwik Trip, Bremer Bank, Uline, and other regional companies.
In Spring 2016, MBA placement was 95%, generally increasing over time since 2011. Common MBA employers include 3M, Target, Xcel Energy, and Phillips-Medisize.

Many students complete the Business Administration degree in four years. Accounting students often opt to earn 150 credits as undergraduates, increasing credits and time to degree in a mindful way. MBA students often work full-time and attend class part-time.
