We value and appreciate any compliments, suggestions, information, and/or concerns that you can provide about Purchasing Services and its staff. Please follow the appropriate steps below to assist us as we work to serve the university and its students well.

Compliments, Suggestions, or Information

If you have compliments, suggestions, or information that you would like to share about any of the Purchasing Services staff, please provide the following details:

  • Name or description of the person(s)
  • Date
  • Location, if applicable
  • Your contact information (this is optional): name, email, and cell-phone
  • A complete description of the compliment, suggestion, and/or information that you would like to share

To submit this in a non-confidential manner, please email the information. To submit this confidentially, please mail the information without any identifying information to the Assistant Controller, UW-River Falls, 410 S. 3rd St., 220 NH, River Falls, WI 54022 (you are welcome to use campus mail where practical).

 

Concerns or Complaints

We endeavor to provide excellent service. However, if you have concerns or complaints about any of the services provided by the Purchasing Services staff, please take the following steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Discuss the issue with the individual involved. If a satisfactory outcome does not occur, proceed to step 2.
  2. Discuss the issue with individual's supervisor. If a satisfactory outcome does not occur, proceed to step 3.
  3. Discuss the issue with the Controller. If a satisfactory outcome does not occur, proceed to step 4.
  4. File a formal complaint following the directions here.
